Are your wooden bags waterproof?
While our bags are sealed with a protective finish to resist light moisture, they are not fully waterproof. We recommend avoiding heavy rain or full submersion in water to preserve the wood and hardware. If your bag does get wet, gently pat it dry with a soft cloth and let it air dry completely.
How do I care for my wooden bag?
To keep your bag looking its best, wipe it down with a dry or slightly damp microfiber cloth. Avoid harsh chemicals or soaking the wood. Store your bag in its dust bag when not in use, and keep it away from direct sunlight or extreme heat to prevent warping or fading.
Are all bags truly handcrafted?
Yes! Every wooden bag in our collection is handcrafted with care. Each piece is made using high-quality wood and finished with attention to detail, making every bag one-of-a-kind. Slight variations in grain or color are natural — and part of the charm.
Do your bags come with a dust bag or packaging?
Yes! Each bag comes with a branded dust bag, authenticity card, and custom packaging to protect your purchase and enhance your unboxing experience. We take pride in the details — from the inside out.
How much can I fit inside the bag?
Our bags are designed to be both stylish and functional. While sizing may vary slightly by design, most fit small essentials such as your cardholder, keys, lighter and a few beauty items.
Can I request a custom bag or design?
Yes, we offer custom bags upon request! Custom designs are priced higher and take approximately 3–4 weeks to complete. If you're interested in creating a one-of-a-kind piece, please email us at Saintlyborn@gmail.com with your concept and desired details.
Do you offer repairs?
At this time, we do not offer repairs. We recommend handling your wooden bag with care and following our care instructions to keep it in excellent condition.
ORDERING & SHIPPING
Do you have a store?
At this time, Saintly Born is exclusively available online. This allows us to provide a direct, elevated experience and keep our handcrafted wooden bags accessible and special for our community worldwide.
Is gift wrapping available?
Gift wrapping is not available at this time. However, each order is packaged with care and comes with a dust bag, authenticity card, and our signature custom box — perfect for presentation and gifting.
When will my order be received?
Please allow 2-4 business days for processing and an additional 3–7 business days for delivery, depending on your location. You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships. Custom bags take approximately 3–4 weeks to complete and ship.
Can I modify or cancel my order after it has been placed?
Because each order is prepared with care and intention, we are unable to modify or cancel orders once they’ve been placed. Please review your order carefully before confirming at checkout.
Can I track my order?
Yes! Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow your bag’s journey to your doorstep.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
What is your return and exchange policy?
You are always eligible for return within 14 days after delivery. Items must be returned in perfect condition, unused and returned inside the original box. Please secure the original packaging inside another carton box to avoid any damage on the packaging or items when shipping back. Luxe reserves the right to reject any returned items that do not meet the above requirements.
How do I return my order?
We do not accept returns unless your item arrived damaged or incorrect. If that happens, please email us at Saintlyborn@gmail.com within 3 days of receiving your order with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
What should I do if my bag arrives damaged?
Each Saintly Born bag is carefully inspected before shipping, but if your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at Saintlyborn@gmail.com with photos of the item and packaging. We’ll work with you to find the best solution!
I returned my order – but I have not received my refund yet.
If you haven’t received your refund 14 days after you have sent your notice, please contact us and we will help you.
